Cybersecurity Business Development Manager in Dubai

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for cybersecurity? We are hiring for a Cybersecurity Business Development Manager in Dubai. This role focuses on acquiring new business and building strong client relationships to drive growth in our cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers across various industries. Utilize market research, networking, and prospecting techniques to generate new business opportunities and engage key decision-makers.
  2. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients. Understand their specific cybersecurity needs, align our solutions with their objectives, and provide tailored recommendations.
  3. Solution Presentation: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our cybersecurity solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible way, emphasizing the benefits and competitive edge of our offerings.
  4. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, address customer concerns, and position our solutions as the best choice. Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals, pricing, and contract terms.
  5. Internal Collaboration: Work with sales engineers and technical experts to develop customized solutions. Ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction.
  6. Vendor and Partner Relations: Foster relationships with vendors and technology partners to build a robust pipeline, register deals, and secure support for proofs of concept.
  7. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities. Provide insights to refine our product and sales strategies.
  8. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on cybersecurity. Proven success in acquiring new customers and meeting sales targets.
  2. Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions, including network security, endpoint protection, threat intelligence, and more.
  3. Sales Skills: Excellent prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage a complex sales cycle and close deals effectively.
  4. Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional communication skills with a consultative approach to understand and address customer needs.
  5. Self-Motivated: Results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Persistent and proactive in pursuing new business opportunities.
  6. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of customer industries and competitive landscape. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in sales or cybersecurity are advantageous.
