As a Field Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in customer acquisition and app onboarding through field visits and strategic outreach.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, conducting field visits, and effectively pitching the app to new customers. Your main goal is to bring as many customers on board as possible by highlighting the app’s features and addressing any queries they might have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Onboarding: Your primary task will be to onboard new customers onto the app through direct field visits and targeted outreach. You will serve as the face of the company, ensuring that customers are fully aware of the app’s benefits and functionalities.
• Lead Generation: You will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential leads. This involves understanding the needs of the market and promoting the app to drive customer acquisition.
• App Pitching: You will effectively communicate the value proposition of the app to potential customers. This will involve answering questions and overcoming objections to close sales.
• Field Visits: You will regularly visit potential and existing clients to build and maintain strong relationships, facilitating the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

• Experience: You should have 1-2 years of experience in product selling, general trading, app selling, or FMCG. Experience in field sales is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be proactive in lead generation and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
