We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner for a dynamic role in Dubai. This position is pivotal in executing and enhancing the People Strategy for a prominent client in the electronics sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing people and organizational solutions, focusing on performance management, employee engagement, and organizational culture improvements. Your role will involve working closely with all levels of the organization to drive business performance and achieve people objectives.

Role and Responsibilities

People Management:

  • Collaborate with the People team to deliver the People Strategy.
  • Provide insights and analysis on people metrics to guide management decisions.
  • Lead and motivate direct reports to achieve objectives.
  • Foster relationships across the organization to share best practices.

Talent & Learning:

  • Support talent management and succession planning processes.
  • Engage with employees on development plans and retention strategies.

Performance Management:

  • Advise managers on performance issues and manage performance review processes.
  • Implement Performance Action Plans and coordinate internal promotions.

Employee Relations:

  • Stay updated on employment legislation and ensure compliance with local laws.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance matters.

HR Transformation & Strategy:

  • Partner with senior leadership to implement strategic HR projects and initiatives.
  • Lead local HR projects aligned with business needs.

Employee Wellbeing:

  • Develop and promote initiatives to enhance employee health and well-being.
  • Manage wellness programs and support work-life balance strategies.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion:

  • Implement DEI strategies and foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Increase engagement in DEI initiatives and communicate progress.

Employer Branding & Engagement:

  • Drive employee engagement and communications strategies.
  • Enhance organizational culture and support the Great Work Place Programme.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Related Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD) is desirable.
  • Minimum of 11 years of experience in HR Manager/HRBP roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and execute HR strategies.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (e.g., Workday) and team management.
  • Strong skills in DEI principles and strategy development.
