Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients in the UAE seeking a skilled Officer for Customer Service and Operations. This role involves providing exceptional customer support, managing operational tasks, and ensuring efficient processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
– Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
– Support onboarding and training for new team members.
– Manage operational tasks including data handling and transaction processing.
– Oversee FTP uploads, ensuring secure and efficient data transfers.
– Administer user authentication through one-time passwords.
– Manage access levels and permissions to protect data security.
– Coordinate and schedule services to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
– Process and approve transactions according to established guidelines.
– Collaborate with IT to resolve network issues and implement improvements.
– Update system documentation and operational procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
– 2-3 years of experience in operations and customer service, preferably in the financial or fintech sector.
– Strong analytical and data management skills.
– Attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
– Proficiency in relevant software and data processing tools.
– Effective communication and teamwork skills.
– Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
– Familiarity with transaction processing and credit management.
