Role Description

As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating patients to improve their physical function and overall quality of life. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients’ physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises. Additionally, you will monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and design personalized treatment plans based on your findings. Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to enhance mobility and relieve pain.
• Patient Monitoring: Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve the best possible outcomes. Maintain detailed records of treatment and progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors and other healthcare professionals, to provide integrated care. Communicate effectively with patients to explain treatment plans and progress.
• Education and Advocacy: Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the benefits of the proposed treatments. Advocate for patient needs and support their journey towards recovery.
• Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest developments in physiotherapy and related fields. Participate in continuous education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in assessing and treating physical conditions, with a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, physical stamina, and manual dexterity. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• License: Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Abu Dhabi.
