Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our prominent company in the oil and gas sector, based in Dubai. This role is pivotal in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process to meet our dynamic staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the company. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates through various channels.
• Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition and market trends.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand and enhance its reputation in the job market through various channels, including social media and industry events.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE is a plus.
