We are hiring for one of our clients in the retail industry for the position of Senior Service Desk Engineer. If you are an experienced IT professional with 6 to 8 years of expertise in service desk support and hold a Japanese language certification, this is a great opportunity for you!

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Sr. Service Desk Engineer (Japanese Certified)
  • Experience: 6 to 8 years
  • Location: Noida, Work from Office
  • Shifts: 24×7 rotational shifts with rotational week off
  • No. of Positions: 8
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days only
  • Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
  • Other Benefits: Both-way cab services within a 20 km radius of the office

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Japanese language certification is a must.
  • Strong experience in Service Desk Voice Support.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing tools.
  • International client communication experience is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues related to Active DirectoryRSA TokenVPNCitrix, and VDI.
  • Provide first-line support and ensure First Call Resolution (FCR).
  • Maintain high efficiency and adhere to the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) for ticket resolution.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent communication and technical troubleshooting.
  • Update work logs, escalate issues as needed, and follow all process compliance protocols.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards in voice, accent, and technical monitoring.
