Service Desk Engineer

Service Desk Engineer hiring in Bangalore. If you have experience in Service Desk Voice Support and are familiar with ticketing tools, this role could be the perfect fit for you. We are seeking motivated professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Voice Support: Provide exceptional customer service via voice support with strong communication skills.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, RSA Token, VPN, Citrix, and VDI systems.
- MS Office Knowledge: Basic understanding and usage of MS Office tools to support operations.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance: Ensure the timely resolution of tickets within the agreed-upon SLA and maintain high efficiency in daily operations.
- Quality and Compliance: Follow company policies and adhere to high-quality standards, including voice and accent requirements and technical monitoring.
- First Call Resolution: Strive for First Call Resolution (FCR) to ensure minimal Average Handling Time (AHT) and boost customer satisfaction.
- Worklogs & Escalation: Regularly update worklogs and follow escalation processes when necessary to ensure process compliance.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills with prior experience in international voice support.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing tools and knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, Citrix, and VDI troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with MS Office and its basic functionalities.
