We are hiring for one of our clients from the retail industry. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in driving the recruitment processes, ensuring the company attracts and hires the best talent for both back office and retail shop vacancies.
Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing and monitoring the entire recruitment process, from advertising open positions to hiring and training new personnel. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail sector and a passion for connecting with potential candidates online and offline, while supporting hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online platforms like LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Review and follow up on employment applications, monitor hiring data, and manage background checks for new joiners.
- Work closely with stakeholders to assess and identify staffing needs.
- Plan and execute interview procedures, including phone screens, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Organize and attend job fairs, recruitment events, and lead employer branding initiatives.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future recruitment needs.
- Prepare job offer letters and manage new hire onboarding processes.
- Monitor new hires’ probation periods and manage confirmation letters based on evaluation outcomes.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and assessment methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the retail sector.
- Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruiting, including bulk hiring using various interview techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
