About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support one of our banking clients based in Dubai. This role involves assisting the Manager of Talent Acquisition in sourcing, recruiting, and managing top talent. You will manage the entire recruitment process, enhance the candidate experience, and help refine recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will promote a strong employer brand and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
– Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
– Daily HR Support: Assist with daily HR functions, aligning with company policies and objectives.
– Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize various platforms to find and attract candidates, screen resumes, and manage applications.
– Employee File Management: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Job Description
– Preparation: Work with hiring managers to create clear and accurate job descriptions.
– Candidate Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
– Hiring Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyze hiring metrics to improve recruitment practices.
– Process Development: Apply best practices to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
– Interview Scheduling: Organize and schedule interviews, coordinating with managers and candidates.
– Offer Letter Production and Contract Management: Assist with offer letters and contract negotiations.
– Monitoring and Controlling

Responsibilities:
– Hiring Metrics Optimization: Track and optimize hiring metrics to streamline recruitment processes.
– Candidate Pipeline Maintenance: Ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates by managing the candidate pipeline.

Qualifications:
– Relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
– Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
– Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms.
