Web/UI Designer

We are hiring for one of our clients in the real estate industry, seeking a talented Web/UI Designer to join their team. This is an onsite role based in Dubai, ideal for creative individuals passionate about modern design trends and web-based applications.

As a Web/UI Designer, you will work on high-impact real estate projects, developing engaging promotional landing pages, email campaigns, and dynamic designs that drive business success. This role requires not only strong technical skills but also a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to ensure accessible, user-friendly interfaces across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design promotional landing pages using platforms such as Instapage, Unbounce, and WordPress, aligning with real estate business requirements.
• Create and code responsive emailers for existing and potential clients, ensuring compatibility across devices.
• Design and implement dynamic ads, including HTML5, Google Display Ads, following best practices for optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to maintain consistency in design and branding for all real estate-related projects.

Skills & Technologies:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript: Strong front-end development skills for building responsive, visually appealing web interfaces.
• Instapage, Unbounce, WordPress: Hands-on experience with content management systems, particularly for landing page development.
• Proficiency in Google Dynamic Ads and HTML5 ad design.
• Expertise in creating and coding responsive emailers, ensuring high engagement rates.
• Familiarity with modern design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a Web/UI Designer role, preferably in the real estate industry or similar sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects, landing pages, and emailer designs.
• Ability to adapt to changing trends while maintaining usability and accessibility.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional design experience is required.
