This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates through various channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Candidate Management:<\/strong> Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:<\/strong> Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition and market trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employer Branding:<\/strong> Promote the company\u2019s employer brand and enhance its reputation in the job market through various channels, including social media and industry events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recruitment Metrics:<\/strong> Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compliance:<\/strong> Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skills:<\/strong> Strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Knowledge:<\/strong> Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
