You will implement best practices to manage resources, services, and processes that align with the company&#8217;s needs and objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement a comprehensive facility management program, including preventive maintenance and lifecycle requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular facility inspections and document findings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allocate and manage facility space to maximize efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate intra-office moves and supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement best practice processes to enhance operational efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and monitor contract suppliers&#8217; activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and review service contracts to ensure all facility management needs are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and monitor facility management staffing levels for optimal efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage, develop, and train facility maintenance staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and track facility budgets, monitor expenses, and payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate and present regular reports on facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures, and purchases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures promptly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Experience &amp; Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10-12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required; Master&#8217;s degree preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive experience in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering, or related fields like Project Management, Business Management, or Construction Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth knowledge of project management, business administration, financial principles, electrical and mechanical systems, procurement, and contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in construction, maintenance, and all aspects of facility operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in computer systems and facility management software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Join us and play a pivotal role in ensuring our facilities operate at their best, supporting our business and providing a conducive working environment for our employees.
