The position requires liaising between internal teams and external vendors to ensure system integrity, provide comprehensive user support, and enable data-driven decision-making through detailed business analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven experience in IT service management and ERP system support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong coordination skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to IT and business challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administer and manage ERP systems, overseeing user access, data integrity, and system performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with the configuration, customization, and integration of ERP modules to meet business needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide ERP training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support administrative activities and approve hardware purchases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage ERP configurations and user access, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Join our dynamic team as an IT and Admin Coordinator in Dubai, UAE!
