This role involves taking on advanced facilities projects that are vital to the success of our client&#8217;s business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and analyzing complex building systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and renewable energy systems. We seek a self-motivated professional with strong communication skills, ready to apply their expertise in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and analyze building systems such as power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, renewable energy, and medium\/low-voltage systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and delegate engineering and design tasks to ensure timely completion of construction documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to meet project objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with other disciplines in real-time to develop integrated designs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure technical accuracy and quality in all electrical design and construction documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform site selection, due diligence, and field activities, including construction observation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review construction submittals to ensure alignment with contract and design documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers and designers on a project-by-project basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>University Degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical &amp; ELV design for building systems, IT Networks, and Design Calculations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance experience with local building\/specialty\/IEC codes (DEWA\/SEWA\/FEWA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in English (written and spoken).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks &amp; Electrical Design Software (Dialux is a plus).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are hiring for one of our clients in the building services sector in Dubai.
