The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in driving the recruitment processes, ensuring the company attracts and hires the best talent for both back office and retail shop vacancies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing and monitoring the entire recruitment process, from advertising open positions to hiring and training new personnel. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail sector and a passion for connecting with potential candidates online and offline, while supporting hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Source potential candidates through online platforms like LinkedIn and other professional networks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and follow up on employment applications, monitor hiring data, and manage background checks for new joiners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with stakeholders to assess and identify staffing needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and execute interview procedures, including phone screens, assessments, and in-person interviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and attend job fairs, recruitment events, and lead employer branding initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain talent pools for current and future recruitment needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare job offer letters and manage new hire onboarding processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor new hires\u2019 probation periods and manage confirmation letters based on evaluation outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and assessment methods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR or a relevant field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the retail sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruiting, including bulk hiring using various interview techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why Join?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned talent acquisition professional to join a leading client in the retail industry.
