We are seeking motivated professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>International Voice Support:<\/strong>\u00a0Provide exceptional customer service via voice support with strong communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical Troubleshooting:<\/strong>\u00a0Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to\u00a0Active Directory,\u00a0RSA Token,\u00a0VPN,\u00a0Citrix, and\u00a0VDI\u00a0systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MS Office Knowledge:<\/strong>\u00a0Basic understanding and usage of\u00a0MS Office\u00a0tools to support operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance:<\/strong>\u00a0Ensure the timely resolution of tickets within the agreed-upon SLA and maintain high efficiency in daily operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quality and Compliance:<\/strong>\u00a0Follow company policies and adhere to high-quality standards, including voice and accent requirements and technical monitoring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>First Call Resolution:<\/strong>\u00a0Strive for\u00a0First Call Resolution (FCR)\u00a0to ensure minimal\u00a0Average Handling Time (AHT)\u00a0and boost customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Worklogs &amp; Escalation:<\/strong>\u00a0Regularly update worklogs and follow escalation processes when necessary to ensure process compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 months to 3 years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills with prior experience in\u00a0international voice support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with\u00a0ticketing tools\u00a0and knowledge of\u00a0Active Directory,\u00a0VPN,\u00a0Citrix, and\u00a0VDI troubleshooting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with\u00a0MS Office\u00a0and its basic functionalities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why Join Purnam Solutions?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>At Purnam Solutions, we provide opportunities for growth and advancement.
