About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients who is looking for a Fashion Consultant. This role involves meeting sales goals individually and as a team, providing excellent customer service, and supporting key in-store initiatives related to customer relationship management (CRM) and customer experience (CX).

Key Responsibilities:
– Achieve both individual and team sales targets.
– Deliver outstanding service to customers.
– Gather data on customer preferences, top-selling items, and less popular products to inform business reviews.
– Build and maintain client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
– Provide feedback on product selections prior to buying.
– Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement through cultural initiatives.
– Follow visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
– Ensure timely execution of click and collect services within agreed timeframes.
– Accurately capture customer information for marketing purposes.
– Promote and stay informed about the company’s loyalty program (MUSE).
– Assist with in-store marketing events and promotions.
– Stay updated with the brand’s social media activities and campaigns.
– Boost sales within the store.
– Support initiatives to enhance customer experience (CX) in-store.
– Provide feedback on store operations and suggest improvements.

Requirements:
– Strong proficiency in English and Arabic.
– Previous experience in luxury retail.
