About the Job: We are hiring a Pastry Chef for one of our retail clients located in the Western Region, Abu Dhabi. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for baking, particularly in croissant making and other pastries. The chosen candidate will be tasked with delivering high-quality baked goods, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent culinary execution.
Role Description: The Pastry Chef will focus primarily on preparing bakery items with an emphasis on croissants. They will be responsible for food preparation, baking, cooking, and showcasing creativity in making delicious pastries. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure. A successful candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, along with formal culinary training.
