We are hiring for one of our clients who is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to develop and execute their social media strategy, create engaging content, and build a vibrant online community. If you have a passion for social media and a track record of success, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.
Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Tik Tok, Threads, etc.).
– Schedule and publish social media content via scheduling tools like Meta for Business, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.
– Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
– Engage with followers and build a strong brand community on social platforms.
– Oversee customer service provided via social media.
– Monitor the company’s brand sentiment on social media.
– Run social media advertising campaigns and analyze their performance.
– Manage and analyze social media campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platforms to optimize campaign performance.
– Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to reach new audiences.
– Collaborate with other marketing team members on integrated marketing campaigns to ensure brand consistency.
– Analyze social media data to track performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
– 3+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
– Proficiency in content management and tools (such as Meta, Sprinklr, etc.).
– Proven experience in developing and managing social media strategies.
– Strong understanding of marketing and social media principles and best practices.
– Excellent copywriting skills.
– Fluent proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
– Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
– Strong knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
– Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign, and Premiere Pro (or similar).
– Proficiency in using AI tools.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
